Vacation ideas in the florida area for 21yr old?

I am looking to go on vacation with my friend to florida… we are looking to go around the tampa/orlando area. We will not have a car so we need ideas for places to stay at near clubs and shopping so we can just walk to and from places. Can anyone give me ideas on where to look? We like to drink and go party if that helps :) thanks!
I have family living in tampa and they are driving my friend and myself to tampa area/orlando.. so i need to find somewhere around there… we dont want disney world… we wanna go to clubs and drink and lay out hahaha… any other ideas?!?!?!

    Here’s an Idea, forget orlando tampa area, come to MIA, we have this thing called south beach and its a young vacationers dream.

    ouch, too bad the other idiots that live here voted down the high speed rail, or you could make that trek to the 305
