There is growing concern about the environment, but how concerned are we really? People are burning fuel all across the world, and all we do is create more unique ways to help damage the planet. We can take a simple transportation device like a boat, and fill it full of fuel, then burn it in massive volumes.

So if we are that concerned about the environment, what will we be able to do about holidays? Are we just going to keep on having a go at the world, saying we need to do something about this, yet still jump on a jumbo jet for a holiday to the Caribbean? How can we just let talks about saving the world go on, and back everything that is said, and then take off to a luxury location via one of the most destructive of all transportation techniques, the Cruise ship.

However how can we be sure that the world is really in that much trouble? A lot of this is all speculation, backed up by only minor evidence. There may be some evidential backing to all of this, but it is impossible for any scientist to actually say when the world is going to come to an end. So do we want to save the environment? In truth, the damage being caused by flights isn’t in the great scheme of things all that bad, it is where fuel is being burnt in extreme amounts.

What the odds are on there being a ban on going on holiday are, I don’t know, but I would imagine it is something like one million to one. It is up to the people to decide if they want to stop, but many of us feel as though we need holidays, so therefore won’t stop taking them, even if it does mean damaging the planet, when we get the opportunity for a holiday we have to take it. However I would have no vices in banning Cruise Ships, these things are completely pointless, damaging the sea with garbage, and polluting the atmosphere, with massive amounts of C02.

There could be a rush for holidays in the next decade, where would you go, Cuba holidays, Egypt holidays or Maldives holidays?

So what’s the difference? So what do you do when there are two of these holidays available to you. Both are at their peak summer times and both are for 7 nights. What do you do, which one do you want to take, these places are practically the same.

The Maldives has a very warm climate, oh, and so does the Caribbean. These beaches on the Maldives are of amazing cleanliness, like they have never been touched, but so is the Caribbeans. There must be some thing different about these places that will help people to make their minds up about which one they want to go to.

Well to be honest there are many things different between these two places. The Caribbean has many small countries in its vicinity. This place , is a collection of islets in fact it is a very large collection of these islets. In the Maldives you are very restricted to what you can actually do. Don’t go to the Maldives if you want to have a busy and crazy holiday, this is the place for relaxation and spa treatments. Although there are some activities like diving and walking along the beach, these holidays are more designed for you to chill out.

The Caribbean is quite different; you don’t have to relax on St Lucia or Barbados if you don’t want to. There has go to be something conclusive that will help people to make up their minds about which of these holidays is best. There is something very different about these holidays. All holidays cost money, and Caribbean holidays don’t come cheap, but Maldives holidays are even more expensive. Your average Maldives holiday is going to cost you almost twice that of a Caribbean one, leaving you very little spending money.

So Maldives holidays or Caribbean holidays? The luxury is in the Maldives holiday, but it’s also there in St Lucia holidays, here are some holidays that we can all enjoy!

So does it look as though Christmas holidays are dropping in bookings? People have learnt that to get these holidays, you need to book early, especially to get the speical offers. Christmas time for the holiday’s district, sales reach a peak in September and October, then fall dramatically in November.

Now why is it that these holiday bookings have dropped so much in recent weeks? Booking a Christmas holiday needs be done in advance. Make sure that if you want one of these holidays at Christmas time, to book well in advance, about 3 months should do it. Christmas is stressful, and booking around this time is even worse, trying to arrange a holiday during the hardest time of the year, is quite challenging. Having to pile on the stress of booking a holiday just before Christmas can be annoying even for the most organised of people.

So the best option is to look at these holidays around September and the latest October, then to just forget about it. It is very hard to book holidays to exotic locations at times like these, you need to get the booking quickly. Cuba holidays or Egypt holidays are very difficult to arrange towards Christmas time. These holidays are packed throughout the year, so when it comes to booking at Christmas it is quite difficult.

Barbados and St Lucia have also been popular this year, people have been trying to book holidays to these places in September, only to find they are all booked up. There are only a few select places around where you can still find holidays to Exotic and luxury locations still available. Many tour operators have had to cancel holidays that they have been offering, because they are already sold out.

Hopefully you have your Christmas holidays already booked, otherwise it could be very difficult to get one now, especially seeing as we are getting so close to the recession, and not to mention the deals were so good.

This is one of the strangest things i have seen, but i assure you it is quite true. Samoan holidays and those to Australia have both risen since the natural disasters have taken these two countries. But is it really that people want to go on holiday to these places. Are these people going to see if people they know are OK, or just trying to help out in some way.

It is said that people are going to these countries to check on loved ones. Also there are those that are even taking time off work t travel to Samoa to see if they can help with rebuilding or just helping the people who have been stranded by the tsunami.

This has happened in other areas of the world as well, not just the Samoa disaster. When the Indian Ocean Tsunami happened and went out of control holidays to this area went through the roof. Sri Lanka holidays went up because of the help that was needed, and although the Maldives is still a very difficult place to get to in these times (because it is a mass of islands and islets) it still received a lot of tourism / help.

So these holidays increase even when there is a disaster. Most people would think that these holidays would be on the decrease, but they still receive many tourists. However are there still people that go on holiday to these places after there has been a natural disaster? When you look at the sales for holidays to these places, they don’t drop as much as you might think. People even still try to get a Luxury hotel to stay in, and they get some good prices.

It is amazing what people are capable of and holidaying in these places is very odd. But for those that go on Sri Lanka holidays, Maldives holidays and Christmas holidays to help out others, then good luck to them.

Churchill is on the shoreline of the west coast of Canada. Over the past few years this has become one of the most sought over environmental holidays. But is it at threat from environmental changes?

Churchill has become extremely popular and famous around the world, mainly because of the polar bears that travel inland during autumn. The polar bears then ram around as they want to, taking over Churchill. Because of this Churchill has been named the Polar Bear capital of the world. This has helped boost the tourist industry around the area, and now tour operators offer Canada tours dedicated to this area, to show people the stunning environment.

Churchill is also a very rare area; this is because it is an Ecotone. An Ecotone is a environmental phenomenon where there is an abrupt change in environmental circumstances. Basically it stands on a border between three very different environments. They are the Boreal forest to the south, the Tundra climate to the north east and the Hudson Bay to the north. It is also a perfect location to see the Aurora Borealis. Not only does this area have all these attributes, it is also home to the Beluga whales in summer, over 57,000 of them, and has a very extensive amunt of bird fauna that cover the whole area.

Churchill has become extremely reliant on the tourism industry, but how long will it be able to support tourists. If the environment experiences a harsh change then this area will become desolate, the animals will have to migrate somewhere else. There wont be any reason for people to visit here anymore, so the tourism sector will fail. Canada holidays benefit greatly from this environmental phenomenon, but how much longer will it last. Alaska Cruises also circle round to this area, so maybe that holiday is better sooner rather than later.
