Old Granbury Town Square is a beautiful way to exhaust the day.  Listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, the Square is described by the Department of the Interior as “one of the most complete examples of a late 19th century courthouse square in Texas.”  The refurbishment of the Hood County Courthouse, built in 1891, sparked the awareness in restoring Granbury square.   The restored structures contain fine vintage stores, gift shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants.
