Help I need ideas for a family vacation to either Gulf shores alabama or Florida?
Hi we are trying to plan our 1st family vacation we have a 9 and 8 yr old kids, we are looking for good places that have cool kid friendly attractions available.
also i need to say we are on a very very small budget

the Florida Keys are beautiful. The John Pennekamp park in Key Largo is a coral reef park that is cheap to get into. Once there you can rent a boat or do some snorkelling along the beach- i recommend it. The Blue Hole is a nature reserve that is home to various wildlife and a couple or gators- free to get in to. You could spend a whole day just exploring Key West there are lots of shops, historic places and the Southernmost point of the USA. Attractions such as Miami Seaquarium and Jungle Island are fab but a little pricey but you may be able to get good family deals especially if you are a US resident. Gilberts is a lovely waterside tiki hut and restaurant and Hobo’s also does some nice food these arent too pricey and are in Key Largo. If you rent a place in Kawama Yacht club its close to Calypsos – a cheap bar and restaurant. Kawama also has swimming pools a private beach and jetty that extends out to sea you could easily spend a day just swimming and relaxing. There are also various national parks that are worth checking out. Have Fun!

of course there is orlando but there is also st. augustine fla,jacksonville beach,fernidina beach

disneyworld or sandpiperbeaconresort.com(in panama city flordia it has everything check it out if you wanna go cheaper than disneyworld

go to Gulf Shores! it’s got a terrific family vibe down there. you and your family will love it! the beach is beautiful, and you also have an outlet mall very close by to do some shopping for your kids at decent prices. there are also some really great places to eat. if i’m not mistaken, there is a place down there called the back porch. if you go to Gulf Shores, you guys HAVE to go there to eat. it’s SOOOO good. i hope you guys have a great vacation!
