Florida Vacation.?.?

I am going to Florida for three days at the end of May and I will have 2 days to go site seeing and enjoy my time. I would appreciate any ideas and things we should do.
We are going to be in the Tampa area and we’ll have a car so distance is not the issue. Also we are all in our 20′s and 30′s so we really aren’t interested in amusement parks.

Thank you for in advance for any suggestions.

    1) Don’t let age limit your interest in "amusement parks." In Florida they do a great job of appealing to all ages, and I would recommend Epcot if you’re willing to make the 1.5 hour drive to Orlando. You could stay overnight, doing Pleasure Island (very grown up) in the evening and then combine it with a second day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. I started going to Disney World in my 20s and still go almost every year, kid-less! 2) If you want to stay in Tampa, there’s Busch Gardens, or Adventure Island if you like waterparks. Also, there’s the lesser-known, but equally worthwhile, Lowry Park Zoo. 3) A cruise on the bay is a nice grown-up idea, too. 4) About 1.5 hours to the north you can visit Homosassa Springs to see the manatees (www.manateecam.com) and take a boat ride or rent a canoe nearby.
