Vacation Home Rental

okay guys i am in some need your help… i have booked a vacation down in panama city.. beachfront but after investigating a few other places i have been trying to book a vacation down in miami beach. I am going with my fiance and we want stuff to do when were not at the beach all day..and it seems like miami has tons!! now the problem is that miami is like basically booked everywhere.. is their anywhere else in florida that would have things to do when your not at the beach? or should i just stay in panama?

Looking to rent a home for 1 week in November. We have 6 adults, an almost 4 yr old, a 18 month old, and a 6 month old. We would like a nice pool, at least one king bed, and a house that is good for kids/toddlers. Any recommendations on one you have stayed in or a great site to check out?

need suggestions on time of year, weather, airline/hotel rates, crowdedness, places to go? any advice appreciated.

I am looking at booking a villa in kissimmee (crescent lakes) for 2 weeks via www.flescapes.com – florida escapes vacation rentals and wondered if anyone had used them before?
Are they a good company?

Thanks for your reply reinaldok, I thought that Crescent Lakes was located on Poinciana Bvld in Kissimmee. Is this incorrect? If so please could you tell me where it is located?

I am looking to relocate to FLorida because I cant take the cold. I have been there many, many times so I am pretty sure I want to do it. I have some spines problems that the Maryland weather makes worse. Anyway, does anyone know of the best way I can find some townhouse, house or trailer rentals? Im flexible on the area as long as the people are nice. Just dont want any super snobby areas.

Ok, so next year my fiance and I want to go on a vacation to Florida. Neither of us have ever seen the ocean, that’s my main reason for wanting to go. I want pretty blue, clear waters and a beach front hotel. Only, i’ve looked up places and they all look the same to me on a computer screen. So what is the best place to visit down there? Im all for night life, shopping and seeing shows etc. But I really want to go on a boat ride and maybe even go sailing I don’t know. I just want a place that has options and everything I’ve seen is either or..not even half of what I want. I don’t want to go and just sit on a beach or be stuck by the hotel. Any suggestions would be awesome please let me know and if you live there and have pictures or even have visited and have pictures i’d love to see them!

Looking for a safe, quiet clean area in Florida for a vacation for my wife and I. We’re both in our 30s, looking at decompressing. We’d be happy with some quaint little city, hopefully with a nice clean beach, local shops and dining. We both like exploring art, foot, etc. We’re not high maintenance, so don’t need high end. It’s hard to find out about the smaller towns, so looking for advice. We both have high stress jobs, so looking for quite and relaxing. Wouldn’t mind if it was an hour or two outside of a large city. Bed and breakfast, affordable hotel, etc. are all fine.

I am traveling to Daytona beach for a week. A friend has a place we can stay at for free. I was thinking of driving to the gulf side to visit for like a night. Is clearwater a good destination?
